Vendor Applications

Due to the raising costs in infrastructure in planning and executing the Chile & Frijoles Festival, there has been an increase in vendor fees that will continue to be dependent on pricing for goods and services. Due to the changes on Union Avenue in 2024, vendor space will be greatly limited this year. Our plan is to limit the number of vendors that we will accept as well as the number of vendors selling the same product or food items. There are no guarantees that your previous space will be available. 

Application Guidelines

  • No payment will go through unless your application is accepted. 
  • All food vendors must tarp their entire space.
  • If you are a food vendor, the Health Department Application must be returned to: tempevents@pueblocounty.us (Not to the Chamber). 
  • Liability Insurance is required for all vendors. Form available in Vendor Application
  • 2023 Pueblo City Sales Tax must be paid prior to applying.

Important Deadlines

  • All applications due with payment and required documentation by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 28, 2024.
  • Vendor packets will be emailed by Friday, August 30.
