Vendor Applications

Due to the changes on Union Avenue in 2023 including additional merchants and parklets in front of restaurants, vendor space is limited this year.  There are no guarantees that your previous space will be available. Please note your space request in your Vendor Application. 

Application Guidelines

  • No payment will go through unless your application is accepted. 
  • All food vendors must tarp their entire space.
  • If you are a food vendor, the Health Department Application must be returned to: tempevents@pueblocounty.us (Not to the Chamber). 
  • Liability Insurance is required for all vendors. Form available in Vendor Application
  • 2022 Pueblo City Sales Tax must be paid prior to applying.

Important Deadlines

  • Early Registration: July 14, 2023.
  • All applications due by July 21, 2023.
  • Payment is due in full by July 14, 2023 for Early Registration. 
  • $100 per booth space is required for registrations submitted after July 14, 2023.
